A textile manufacturing company reached out to Mentoro with a request to prepare a sustainability report to share its sustainability efforts with stakeholders. The project began with meetings with the company’s business unit managers, reviewing previous reports, and conducting workshops with the management team. As a result of these activities, we identified the company’s sustainability priorities (Materiality Matrix) and the related activities to address these priorities. At the end of the data collection process, we created a comprehensive report summarizing the company’s sustainability efforts in alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.
