Tülay holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Marketing.

She began her career in pre-sales, product management, and quality management systems. Tülay then spent 13 years at Turkcell Communication Services and 4 years at Turkcell Technology, where she worked across various divisions within Customer Services and Business Support teams. During the last seven years of her tenure, she served as HR Director, focusing on recruitment, performance and career management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee experience and engagement, organizational transformation, change management, process restructuring, and digital transformation for both domestic and international operations.

After leaving Turkcell, she founded her own HR consultancy, specializing in HR change and transformation projects. For the past six years, she has been serving as a senior HR executive at Koç Sistem, implementing award-winning HR practices that have received over 30 international awards. Her recent projects include developing sales incentive systems, OKR performance systems, compensation structures, career systems, cultural and organizational transformation programs, and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Tülay actively engages with professional HR organizations and contributes to transformation projects in the industry.

She is married and has two sons.
