A global holding company operating in 8 different industries with 30 firms wanted to utilize digital technologies to create competitive advantage in their firms and turned to Mentoro for assistance.

After determining the holding’s digital transformation strategy, we decided to establish a Digital Transformation Center of Excellence (DT CoE) that will provide digital services to holding companies in order for them to use digital to decrease their unit costs and increase unit prices by providing more value to their clients. We built the DT CoE from the ground up, determining its strategy, digital transformation services, necessary competencies, organizational structure, KPIs, methodologies for digital transformation services and built its technology partner ecosystem. We ensured successful implementation by also working side by side in the execution phase with our client.
