An international company providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services reached out to Mentoro. The company, which was initially positioned as a call center in Turkey, aimed to expand its product portfolio and reposition itself as a “BPO” service provider by conducting a market research study. As Mentoro, we mapped detailed customer journeys of 30 companies across approximately 10 different industries to identify opportunities in the sector. We pinpointed pain points along these journeys, tested our hypotheses through one-on-one interviews, and identified potential new opportunities for the company along with their total market sizes. The company, having started operating in new solution areas, continues to grow by increasing its sales.
