Murat Bilgiç completed his secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College and earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bilkent University. He later pursued an Executive MBA program at Koç University.
He began his professional career in 2005 in the Audit Department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, later transitioning to the Mergers and Acquisitions Services Department at Ernst & Young.
In 2008, Bilgiç joined Yıldız Holding as a Strategy and Planning Manager. From 2012 to 2019, he served as Corporate Strategy Director at Yıldız Holding, while also holding roles as Director of the Chairman’s Office and Technology & Business Development Director at UNO. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic processes for the holding and its group companies, overseeing corporate, functional, and business unit-level strategies.
Over the course of a decade, he led business development and market entry projects across diverse regions, including Türkiye, Eastern Europe, China, North America, and South America. Between 2020 and 2021, he contributed to the development of corporate strategy, operational models, and commercial frameworks for Ekol Logistics.
Since 2021, Murat Bilgiç has been providing strategy and management consulting services to various companies in Türkiye and North America.
