Mr. Haluk Kaya is a versatile senior executive with a wide range of international experience at big reputable multinational companies where he assumed global and regional responsibilities. He started his career at Procter and Gamble where he spent his first 10 years across diverse management positions in Turkey and Europe. He later joined Arçelik as Finance Director of the International Division and contributed to the fast growth strategy of the company at that time. He has served as CFO and Executive Committee member at Assan and Cadbury Turkey and later as the Country CEO of Mondi Group. He spent his last 8 years at BSH in the Global Leadership Team as Regional CFO and later as Regional CEO of the Region of Emerging Markets covering more than 100 countries. Besides his experience as Executive in multinational companies, he also served as Independent Board Member at OMV Petrol Ofisi and Netaş. To date he is active as independent Board Member and Management Advisor.
In his professional experience, Mr. Kaya has led and managed many successful strategy projects, business turnarounds, transformation projects, restructuring and integration of acquired businesses. He has a proven track record of establishing new businesses and successfully growing business in various parts of the world. Mr. Kaya’s specialties are long term corporate strategy design, go-to-market strategy development, financial management digital transformation, HR and change management as well as financial management.
